I was an employee of Perfact Group for about 10 years. It was more like an institution for me rather than just an environmental consultancy. Perfact Group gave me an opportunity to diversify my knowledge in various fields. I joined as “Laboratory in Charge” but later I worked in various departments of Perfact Group. They believe in across department work, this gave me the opportunity to qualify as EIA coordinator for sectors 38 & 39. Functional Area expert for ‘Ecology and Biodiversity’, ‘Air Pollution Monitoring, Prevention & Control’ and Water Pollution Monitoring, Prevention & Control. I developed the skills of perseverance, dedication, decision making, attentiveness, ownership from Perfact Group.
These qualities helped me in shaping my career in Ministry for the Environment in New Zealand. Perfact Group nurtured the sense of responsibility towards environment in me.
